9. Add an Interactive Picture Gallery to your Listings (Image that is next to the title and appears right in search results). Remember you have to make a good first impression.

10. Don’t use an overprotective or off turning Terms and Conditions Policy. A buyer will get scared of getting sued if you are trying to protect yourself with every law possible.

As always be honest in what you do. Your buyer is paying you with money he must have earned with work. Don’t lie to your customers, always describe issues your item may have.

6. the amount of backlinks your site has acquired – more the number of linkbacks – more will be the money you can make by selling the site. If your site is a blog than your higher feed reader count can also make your blog more valuable.

So if you are setting a site for flipping in future – make sure you at least let six months or one year pass before you list it for sell, add enough valuable optimized content so that they rank well in search engines, build it around niches that are worthy like health and fitness, sports etc, your site has started making some considerable amount from affiliate sales or contextual advertising so that you can show potential stats for your site and last but not the least your site has acquired some decent amount of backlinks and readers.


If you want to buy and then sell sites at a higher price – make sure the site that you buy is at least one year old, has a decent amount of unique content, is build around a profitable niche, is already making a decent income, it has at least a PR value of 2 and if it is a blog than it has at least one hundred subscribers. After you buy a site you can also build it up further so that you can set it at a much higher price for sale.

The University of Missouri has accepted an invitation to play in the 2010 Insight Bowl, as announced today by Mizzou and Insight Bowl officials.

The “Insight Bowl” is an NCAA-sanctioned Division I-A post-season American college football bowl game played in Arizona since 1989. From 1989 to 1999, the games were played at Arizona Stadium in Tucson. The game moved to Phoenix in 2000 and was played at Chase Field (formerly Bank One Ballpark) until 2005. After the 2005 playing the “Insight Bowl” moved to Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, where it has been played ever since. The shift to Tempe filled a void left when the Fiesta Bowl, a member of the Bowl Championship Series which had called Sun Devil Stadium its home since its inception, was moved to University of Phoenix Stadium in the western Phoenix suburb of Glendale. The 2006 game saw another change, with the television rights going to the NFL Network, replacing ESPN. However, ESPN returns to covering the Insight Bowl, for the first time since 2005^.

This will mark Mizzou’s second appearance at the Insight Bowl. The Tigers claimed a 34-31 victory in 1998 over West Virginia when the bowl was called the Insight.com Bowl, and it was played in nearby Tucson, Ariz.

The game will mark MU’s sixth-consecutive bowl game (an MU record), and seventh bowl appearance in the last eight seasons overall under Head Coach Gary Pinkel, after Mizzou had gone to only two bowl games in a span of 19 seasons dating from 1984-2002. Pinkel has now passed College Football Hall of Fame Coach Dan Devine for most bowl appearances at Mizzou, with his seven bowl outings. The 2010 Insight Bowl appearance will be Mizzou’s 28th bowl game overall, with MU holding a 12-15 mark in its previous 27 outings.

The Mizzou Athletic Ticket Office will begin taking online orders for the 2010 Insight Bowl beginning tonight (Sunday, Dec. 6th) at 7:30 p.m. (central time), at www.mutigers.com. Fans may also order over the phone by calling 1-800-CAT-PAWS (884-PAWS in Columbia) or in person at the Mizzou Arena Ticket Office beginning Monday (Dec. 7th) at 8 a.m., but are strongly encouraged to order online to ensure prompt service. Mizzou’s tickets are available for $64.

Fans who cannot attend the game, but who wish to support Mizzou’s student-athletes and football program, are encouraged to purchase tickets to be used for donation to Phoenix-area charities and military personnel at www.mutigers.com.
